Refund Policy
Article 1 - Free Plan
The Free plan is accessible without payment. No refund is applicable.
Article 2 - Paid Subscriptions
Starter and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day after the payment date. Within this period, you may request a full refund without giving any reason.
Article 3 - Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only upon the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
Article 4 - Request Procedure
Any refund request must be submitted using the link at the bottom of the page. Within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Beyond this period, refunds are granted at the discretion of our payment provider.
Article 5 - Payment Processing
Payments are processed by a third-party provider acting as Merchant of Record. In the event of a payment dispute, the payment provider's terms and conditions apply jointly with these terms.
